White Painted Fresh Milk Cast Iron Horse and Cart 
Very heavy cast iron piece.
Condition issues can be seen in pictures with the most obvious are the dark spots on the mane and tail where paint is missing otherwise the piece is in great vintage condition.
Not sure of the age but my guess is 1930s or thereabouts.
