Internet research turns up many similar eagle on twig pieces in various sizes and prices in a wide $30 to $1600 range. 
The asking price for an eagle on twig in this size was $325 so I priced accordingly.  Have a better idea, message me with an offer.
This one is in excellent condition. I don't know the age but some offerings state 1930s. Frankly, I kind of doubt that.
